Paternoed

Definition:  When a governmental entity turns a deaf ear and fails to take action after being notified that one of its employees or officials is abusing or unfairly treating a person. Examples of paternoed used in a sentence: The children got paternoed by Penn State. The state continues to paterno injured workers.
