Well I went late season archery hunting for a Sasquatch on Saturday the 14th. It is difficult enough to find and harvest a Sasquatch during the regular season, but during late season archery, it is exponentially more difficult. Not one Sasquatch was seen; not even a track. However, NO WORRIES--the mountains depicted on the Coors beer can, that we brought in case of an 'emergency' requiring the intake of fluids, were 'blue' and the Lady was sizzling hot. A man could not ask for more! Oh...we were able to find a nice Christmas tree that was more than the USFS required 200 foot distance from a roadway (actually it was a mile away--Ha!). After I finally got it out to the road we were able to get it loaded onto 'Stealth' (so called because it has a muffler--unlike its twin 'Betsey' which is named after Davy Crockett's flintlock rifle) set up in the living room, and decorated!

I hope that the tree didn't put up too much of a fight. Sometimes their barks are worse than their bite.
December 17th? Your last blog? Hmm, I guess since you are a professional writer now that you don't have time to blog. Just kidding, but I do miss reading your blogs.
