At a recent, very recent, hearing the following occurred:
An insurance entity paid a person from Boise to give her following opinions:
1. The injured worker had not conducted a reasonable search for a job in the St. Maries job market.
2. The 30 year plus vocational rehabilitation professional, who has worked for the past fifteen years specializing in assisting injured workers in the St. Maries area, and that was hired to find the injured worker a job in the St. Maries area did not properly counsel the injured worker on how to find a job in the St. Maries area.
3. The 30 year plus vocational rehabilitation professional, who has worked for the past fifteen years specializing in assisting injured workers in the St. Maries area to find a job, did not properly assist the injured worker when he attempted to find the injured worker a job in Idaho.
Upon cross examination the 'expert' admitted:
1. In the past five years she has not provided assistance to any injured worker in an attempt to find him/her a job in the St. Maries labor market.
2. She did not contact any employer in St. Maries.
3. She did not perform a job site evaluation (where an actual job, open or not, is observed and the job's requirements documented) on any job in St. Maries.

I worked with a former Vietnam Vet Special Forces Marine at one of my hotels. James had a great saying.
"We are all prostitutes, it is just a matter of how much that we sell ourselves for" I think about that often
Actually, while a 'great' saying, I do not ascribe to it. Indeed I have the loss of 20 employees and a marriage to prove that is a fact.
I agree, GF, I know you have integrity, and I am sure many do.
It is amazing how many lie like it means nothing though to save their own hide for whatever reason. I saw it many times in the hotel filed, and indeed was stabbed in the back two different time by own assistant managers in order to promote their own interests.
Its like you learn my mind! You appear to know so much about this, like you
wrote the ebook in it or something. I think that you simply could do with a few % to pressure the message home a bit, but other than that, that is wonderful blog. A fantastic read. I'll definitely be back.
